Larkfield Crisis Resolution Team - providing alternatives to hospital admission

The aim of the Larkfield Resource Centre's Crisis Service is to provide short-term intensive community based care as a credible alternative to admission to hospital. This service is targeted at people who are going through a period of crisis and who are risk of being admitted to a  mental health hospital.  The service also provides support and facilitation to enable early discharge from hospital.

Feedback from service users, carers and professionals who refer individuals to the crisis team is an important part of the service. Examples of feedback questionnaires are available to download.
